If the jacket we send you does not match your selection we will provide you with a replacement upon receipt of your original jacket. Because each order is treated and customized individually it may take a few days before you order is dispatched, and up to 10 business days to reach you. We will provide you with tracking information so you know when to expect your order. If the order is delayed in any way please contact us so we can track it's location for you and provide you with an ETA.
