RETURN POLICY: Each of our jacket listings come with a comprehensive sizing and styling guide to enable you to order the style and size you need. If the jacket we send you does not match your selection we will provide you with a replacement upon receipt of your original jacket. If the jacket is faulty we may choose to provide you with a refund for the faulty item.

Return Procedure:
Please email our office with a description of the fault and attach a clear image, this will assist us in determining the best course of action to resolve the issue for you, quickly. In the event that we require the item to be returned to us, we will issue you with a 'Returned Goods Authorisation' (RGA) so your complaint can be dealt with efficiently.
Shipping Policy:
We value your business and will process and ship your jacket as quickly as possible. Because each order is treated and customized individually it may take a few days before you order is dispatched, and up to 10 business days to reach you. We will provide you with tracking information so you know when to expect your order. If the order is delayed in any way please contact us so we can track it's location for you and provide you with an ETA. We prefer contact by email as it helps us to deal with your inquiry in a timely and efficient manner and keep track of your inquiry until it is resolved.
